Refund policy

At Laara Silvers, customer satisfaction is our priority. We carefully inspect all products before dispatch to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.

Return Policy

We accept replacement requests only for products that are damaged during transit.

To be eligible for a replacement:

  • A complete 360° unboxing video must be recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened.
  • The video must clearly show the package condition and the damaged product.
  • The video should be continuous, without cuts, edits, or pauses.
  • The replacement request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

Requests submitted without a valid unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect product selection by the customer
  • Personal preferences regarding design, size, or appearance

Refunds

Refunds will only be processed if:

  • The ordered product is unavailable after purchase, or
  • A replacement cannot be provided for a verified damaged product.

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
